If the value of a Baccarat hand exceeds nine, then the value of the hand is taken as the unit portion of the total. So, if a hand consists of an eight of clubs and a seven of diamonds, the total for the hand will be 15. You would ignore the tens portion of that total, giving you a value of 5. Similarly, if the total value of the cards were 20, you would ignore the 2 tens portion giving you a hand value of 0. Once the winning hand is determined the game is over. If the hand you bet on won you will be paid out according to the Payout Schedule. Placing Bets in Baccarat Bets can only be changed before a new hand is dealt. To place a Bet simply position the cursor on the up arrow above the amount desired and depress the left mouse button. This will add the indicated dollars to the amount being Bet and reduce your Balance accordingly. If the mouse button is held down, the amount will continue to increase until you reach the Bet Maximum set or run out of money.
